255 First Class!

Our first class we had to lead a four minute lesson on the fly with given equipment. I quickly thought of setting and passing using volleyballs. Not many of my peers used the volleyballs, so I decided to do so. I introduced myself, demonstrated the set and pass giving cues. I moved around the group while the students were passing,  giving positive feedback and advice. What I thought I did well was a good demonstration with good advice for technique. What I could have done better was my closure. The four minutes goes fast! Next time i'll be to the point and check how much time I have for my lesson more often. I felt like I ran out of time. There is always room for improvement, even for experienced teachers!
